The room was inviting, decor was relaxing and upscale.

There are no suggestions. Treated very well.

We stay at the Best Western whenever we are flying out of Milwaukee Airport. The service is wonderful. The staff was wonderful. They provided our party of 4 a ride to the airport and upon return we were picked up in 10 minutes to be taken back to our vehicle. This was a very important trip for our family. Check in and out fast easy. Location great, Rooms clean.

Could have had a few things like hand cream etc. in the bathroom

The overall location was great. Breakfast buffet was good, rooms clean and well appointed, although it was right next to the airport it was quiet and good for sleeping. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The elevator stunk of smoke and we had to walk thru the smoking room hallway. YUK!
